Mark and Stef to the rescue! Had an emergency involving the main drain and they rearranged their evening to come out and fix it. They were excellent and even cleaned up after all of it, including cleaning out the access handles in case of next time. Excellent as always and thankful to have their assistance

Mark and Stef have a vast knowledge of all maintenance and repair areas whether it’s plumbing, electrics, various repairs, decorating and design or even garden clearance. The quality of their work is excellent, they go above and beyond in their customer service and will do their very best to fit you in if you have an urgent matter that needs looking into. What completely sets them apart from other tradesmen though is that you can trust them completely to always advise you on the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for you and you will never need to worry about being ripped off.

It turned out to be a much bigger job, the water had been leaking under the floor. So had to do so much more work than expected. . They worked in a very small area.. they somehow managed to spend more time at ours than expected. as they did not want to leave us with no shower floor ! we were very happy when they completed the job, they always told us what was required and the cost before they did anymore of the work. they have done other jobs for us and we have always been pleased.
