    After two experiences (fridge and dishwasher) we have some doubts about Barry's diagnostic skills. We will not be using this firm again. In the most recent experience, he correctly identified a fault which might have been making the fridge leak and told us we would need a new dishwasher (which he offered to supply). When the new dishwasher arrived (from another supplier) the installer immediately identified a simpler problem with the old dishwasher and fixed it in 5 minutes, taking the new one away. The dishwasher has been working fine for three months since. Barry has denied us a refund.
