I needed an awning put together and put up on and I accepted the quote from Radu. He arrived on time, but hadn’t brought a ladder. Radu and his colleague eventually put the awning together and affixed it to the back wall. I noticed that it wasn’t straight; Radu said there was nothing he could do, but he took £20 off the invoice. Since then, the awning has started to come away from the wall. The brickwork and awning are damaged and I have to have it partially open as the arms stick out. Radu hasn’t responded to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages about fixing the awning. Terrible.
