  We could not recommend Tony and his team more highly. They were punctual, hard working and pleasant at all times. We were very impressed with the standard of their work, the helpful recommendations they made and their attention to detail - in particular ensuring that the appearance was sympathetic to the style of our 1930’s house - which was so important to us. The best builders we’ve ever experienced!

  Rebuilding of an outhouse

  C&C builders rebuilt our outhouse, including rebuilding a wall, repairing wooden rafters, refitting the roof, fitting a window and fitting a new door, plus repairing and replacing guttering and down pipes. The job was done quickly and efficiently by Tony & his team who were all friendly and happy to explain things. Easy to work with and even added a few finishing touches without charging extra. As with many jobs, there were a couple of hidden repairs which were needed as the job progressed. These were also repaired at minimal cost. Before and after photos included.

  Loft conversion, garage conversion and base for summer house

  My sister has previously used Tony, his son James and his team for a loft conversion, so when I was looking for a builder to complete mine, as well as a garage conversion it was an easy decision. Clean, tidy and on budget, finished just in time for Christmas. Would definitely recommend Tony and his team for any of your building work.

  Move a Stud / Partition Wall

  This is the second time we've had C&C Builders to do some work. The first was for a loft conversion and now to relocate a Stud wall. It certainly will not be the last as we will be using them again on other refurbishments. Tony and his team are exceptional. They are always on time, clean up as they go along and keep us updated throughout the whole process. They even finished the work a day early without compromising on quality and corners being cut. Saved us a day in labor cost. Tony is always on hand to give his immense advice, expertise and guide us throughout the project.

  Extension and complete refurbishment of 5 bedroom detached house

  Tony and his team are remarkable.It has been a pleasure working with them.They arrive early each day and are friendly & hard working individuals.Tony is on site throughout monitoring and checking the work.He kept us fully informed of progress.Costs are recorded on a weekly basis so we knew exactly what we were spending.He worked hard to keep us on track with our original budget even though on occasions we were choosing to do the extra work! Tony was always available and will go that extra mile which is a rare quality.We are using him again and there can be no better recommendation than that!
