    Great customer service and workmanship

    Fred and team were fantastic, in replacing my faulty shower tap. Extremely professional, made sure to keep me updated on on times, arrived when indicated and completed the job in time agreed. The spare part needed, required some through investigation from Fred to identify and source the correct on. Fred's workmanship in replacing the faulty cartridge was 1st class. I will definitely use Fred in the future for any other jobs.

    Radiator return pipe modification.

    Fred operates from a place of integrity and rectitude. He took on this job at short notice and completed the repair to my full satisfaction in a timely manner. The standard and quality of his work exceeded my expectations. Fred is affable and polite. His encyclopaedic knowledge of his trade is impressive. It was a pleasure doing business with Fred and I will definitely commission his services again as and when the need arises.

    Bathroom taps / shower, I thought needed replacing , which I knew would be a difficult job

    Fred came to have a look at the bath tap/shower. As expected, if the taps needed to be replaced it was going to be a bigger job as my bathroom sink is boxed in..which would mean needing a carpenter as well. Fred explained that he would like to see if he could replace the washer on the plunger first to minimise the amount of work. Within a week my shower was working , Fred had managed to find this , which was difficult due to the age of the taps. Thanks to Fred, it wasn’t a big job and cost effective. Fred went above and beyond to help me. Very happy with the outcome

    Plumbing my new dishwasher
