Michael came to price the job, he was very knowledgeable and polite. Promised to send me a quote within a couple of days. Chased him after 4 days and was told quote within a day or two. Chased again after 3 days and was told I'd have the quote by the end of the day. Didn't happen. If he wasn't interested in the job he should have told me

Michael and his team were prompt, polite and very quick. The standard of work was excellent, and is a real improvement over the original subfloor that was laid back when the property was built. Michael took the time to investigate and visited a second time to confirm the quote, and suggested a much more suitable solution for the bathroom subfloor to avoid ever having to rip it up again. Once the job was finished, you couldn't tell he'd been there, as there was no mess at all left behind. I'll be recommending him to anyone who requires work done, credit to the trade!

Michael was quick to respond to the initial enquiry, very helpful and clear. The work was completed quickly and well, very pleased.

Michael did a great job of matching original skirting board which could not be bought off-shelf. He was professional and punctual and kept in touch on progress which was greatly appreciated. We also asked for a simple door to keep our dog out of the kitchen - this does the job perfectly! Would absolutely hire again.
