Laying a new path and steps.
A really smart and superb result. I was really thrilled. Dan, Mark and his team kept me informed, made an excellent job and left the place clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this firm.
Restoring and lime repointing Victorian cottage brickwork
Built in 1862 as an end of terrace of 6 railway cottages, the house looked good in 2009 despite it being the only one painted. Over the years the weather-proof paint perished and trapped in the rain, causing problems. The paint needed to come off, but it was unclear whether the brick could be restored. Dan inspired confidence. His team, including Jack, pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile and more. When the scaffold came down the sun popped out and we were blown away. Dan and his team did a fantastic job. We highly recommend C&D Restoration. Their craftsmanship is second to none.
Restoration of Cils and Plinths
Extremely satisfied with the job. The team were professional and carried out all necessary work as described in the quote including additional work to get the perfect final result. Would highly recommend.
Restored victorian porch.
The team completed the job to a very high standard, and the victorian features have been restored exactly as intended. Dan and the team were highly communicative, professional and helpful. Would strongly recommend.
Cleaning, repointing and new front boundary wall
1904 house needed urgent repointing. Chris responded quickly to quote, explain and advise on the best course of action. The quote was very reasonable and works commenced within 2 weeks. Matt is a craftsman, he clearly takes pride in his work and the lime repointing is excellent. All work was carried out with Covid precautions, waste was tidied away and all staff were helpful and polite. I would have no hesitation in calling upon their expertise in the future and can't recommend them highly enough.
Lime re-render and decorative repair to Victorian house
We couldn't have picked a better team to have restored the appearance of our Victorian home, We needed a company that would understand the requirements of older properties, and Daniel, Matt, Ryan, and Danny exceeded all expectations. The superb result is testament to their knowledge and experience, attention to detail, and pride in their workmanship, They went above and beyond what we expected, and were thoroughly pleasant gentleman throughout.
