Full HMO Refurbishment
Where do I start.... I bought a completely dilapidated 5 Bed property in Lpool L9 area in Aug 21. I got a few builders to view it and give quotes. From the jump, it became clear that this will be a complex project as the property needed every expertise incl. Electrician for full rewiring, plumber for full radiator installation etc. I even asked for the huge 27m2 front room to be split in 2. 6 months later and the project result is stunning. Even an estate agent from Sutton Kersh was impressed with the high standard. I loved the fact that Eric managed everything, he was my sole point of contact
