I found these guys on checkatrade, and they have exceeded my expectations time and again on the renovation I'm doing, they replaced a fuse box and identified that a full rewire was needed (I already suspected it would) They provided me an amazing quote, and managed to schedule the work at a time that worked for me, much sooner than I was expecting! On the day I popped over to see how they were getting on at lunchtime to find that they had already completed the work! I had some questions afterwards which were all answered promptly and professionally. They have me as a customer for life now!

Rapid response and replacement unit install booked in very quickly. Carl attended - very tidy, replacement shower sorted. Comms brilliant throughout.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They carried out an EICR inspection on my property and identified all the electrical issues themselves. After this, they provided a quote for the rewire work, which I accepted. However, once they arrived to start the job, I was told the work needed to be repriced despite the fact that they had already inspected the property and produced the report detailing the issues beforehand. The situation felt unprofessional and very frustrating, especially after agreeing to the quote and paying a deposit which I lost.

I found C&M NorthWest to be prompt, reliable and highly professional, their work is outstanding and I will most defenitely be contacting Dave again to carry out wiring for my kitchen once the bathroom suite is complete.
