This firm responded very promptly by phone to my request for a simple roof repair - replacing a dislodged tile. I discussed the job and was sent a quotation confirming the conversation. After I accepted their quotation they advised me they had a team in the area and as it was both convenient for me and expedient they came along and completed the repair within two hours of my enquiry. I was particularly pleased that my roof was made watertight so promptly because we have had almost continuous rain since then!
