I called on Monday and Charlie and his colleague arrived at the beginning of the time window he'd given me on Tuesday. Both were extremely friendly and pleasant, professional and efficient. The problem was diagnosed quickly and fully fixed in no time. I'll definitely be saving Charlie's number and won't be needing to visit his category on Checkatrade again - he and his colleague were excellent all round.

The boys were great, turned up on time on the same day I called them. Went the extra mile to not only clear the drain but also ensure some extra debris was cleared and gave sound advice to stop it happening again etc. All for a fixed priced.

Charlie was very prompt in getting back from my initial enquiry to sort out our blocked drain and provided a fixed price quote. He was able to come the next day and did a very thorough and tidy job. Very pleased with the professionalism of the work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really helpful advice. My partner and I bought our first home and wanted a survey completed and a report drafted up, as the property was old and will need work doing in the next few years. Charlie was a consummate professional, identified issues and quoted for various works which we will look at in the near future.

The work required involved the replacement of two domestic waste water gully's complete including the installation of gulley surrounds...plus a third gulley surround to a gulley where no replacement work was required.
