Prompt polite service from Canford Drains. Gerry blasted away years of accumulated debris from our kitchen gully and had us back to speed less than 24 hours after our phone call.

Work didn't really tie in to the quote, which was mainly to remodel a drain entry to fit a rat trap. In the end there was no remodelling, the rat trap was bashed in with a mallet, some mortar rather haphazardly thrown around the openings and all done in less than an hour. It certainly didn't feel like a £600 job. The original survey all done professionally, so I think there's probably an A team and a B/C team so careful what you end up with. Just hope the trap holds up.

'Canford drains' arrived punctually and carried out necessary work to seek to solve the blocked drain but found that the problem was in the main sewer and thus the responsibility of Wessex Water. The agent was polite, conscientious, thorough and keen to make as little mess as possible given the inclement weather at the time.

Scott from Canford Drains was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He even showed us each step of the process so we understood exactly what was going on. He identified potential problems, carried out the necessary investigations, and resolved everything efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Really helpful, informative, and reassuring from start to finish. Highly recommended and will definitely use again this company again should we need to. What can I say other than, Craig should go round wearing a cape!! Fantastic service and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly how to fix the problem and did a great job.

Really excellent service. We phoned at 4.30 pm and by 10.30 am the following morning the blocked drain had been cleared. Not only that, the engineer was well informed, courteous and went the extra mile to source the problem and fix it properly.
