New boiler

I called Jack in a panic last Saturday as my boiler was leaking. He asked me a couple of questions and reassured me that it would be ok until he could come and have a look. Jack then came on Wednesday and quickly determined that the boiler needed replacing as it was old and not well looked after. He then quoted me and booked me in for Saturday (today). Himself and Logan arrived at the agreed time and started work. They hit problem after problem but had a positive can do attitude and overcame them all. The whole time jack kept me up todate and explained what he was doing. Highly recommend!!

Jack was excellent we are very happy with the result it wasn't a straight forward job as some fittings etc we're different but it looks lovely.

Out door tap

Fitted an out door tap and went the extra mile to ensure it was where we wanted it and was operating smoothly . I’m registered blind , he ensured I knew how to turn the tap on from the outside and indoor switch . Would highly recommend!

Gas Safety checks and service at short notice

Spoke to Jack from Canuck about a Gas Safety check and service for a boiler on a house I am buying. Jack was knowledgable friendly and very reliable. I would certainly recommend Canuck and I will be using Jack’s services again in the future when I need boiler servicing or work doing on the heating system.

Jack was brilliant, he explained everything he was doing and gave us options at every stage. The work was completed on schedule and Jack did a brilliant job, even tidying up after himself. We can't recommend Jack highly enough!

Leaking toilet cistern

Jack was personable, keen to do even a small job. As he was fitting the job into his other work we got the job done in 48 hours rather than the original 24 - still pretty quick. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work needed and showed how the original fitting was not really as it should have been. He was keen to do a good job, and left the room clean. He also explained another thing that might need checking but was not pushy to get more work.
