Very good experience

Eddie from Capital Damp Solutions was excellent throughout the whole process. He was very approachable, friendly, and generous with his time, taking the effort to explain everything clearly and comprehensively without ever making things feel complicated or rushed. There was absolutely no pressure at any stage — Eddie was very open to discussion and happy to answer any questions honestly and professionally. He was also flexible with working arrangements, which made everything much easier and less stressful. Overall, I found Eddie to be very supportive, reliable, and easy to deal with.
