He installed damp proofing membrane, then finished with a smooth plaster coat that blended perfectly. The walls are drying as expected, and the damp surely be gone. Eddie visited our rental property today to carry out a damp survey. He used thermal imaging and a humidity meter to show why there is damp in the house. He explained the findings very clearly and gave ideas on how to reduce the damp and condensation. He was on time to the appointment and took the time to explain everything in detail.
