My carpenter alerted me that additional timber support was required for the larger window before installation. However, Capital Windows removed the existing wooden frame and proceeded with fitting the window regardless, as shown in the pictures. As you can see, the window has been installed without the necessary timber support. I had to address this issue directly with the company who I had thought had thought would’ve known better. In addition, the joints on the uPVC windows are uneven. And painted over in a different shade of sage green, Even Tony a member of staff described as a shitshow

Ash and his team did a stellar job replacing the glazing in my patio door, which was damaged from spontaneous glass breakage. The glass was an unusual size but they managed to measure and order a perfect replacement, and the door looks as good as new. I’d highly recommend.
