Clive was really good, answering questions and making sure the correct components were sourced before the job started. Comunications were clear and expectations set early. Everything was sorted with a very quick turn around and no issues.

Clive was so knowledgeable. Despite very challenging pre- existing arrangement he was able to install a water softener in the best way whilst making several improvements to the existing system.

Very prompt service and worked very hard to resolve the leak for us despite the old plumbing having some other issues.

Clive kept me updated about his likely arrival time, and was so friendly and helpful. He explained everything without blinding me with science, and gave me options on the solutions. Everything is fine now, so i am well pleased
