Electrical supply to outside workroom, wiring, sockets etc
Absolutely top quality work - tidied up completely after themselves, and the work is so neat. Craig and Josh were so pleasant to deal with and definitely offered value for money in the work they undertook. I'm a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend them.

Installation of a bathroom vanity unit
Really pleased with the quality of work carried out. Very reliable. Very well prepared; anticipated problems in advance and was prepared for them; ensuring he had additional materials to complete.The job. Excellent explanation of work to be carried out. Left the bathroom in a very clean condition.

Re-plastered cloakroom and main bedroom, and moving electrical sockets
Craig and Joshua arrived on time every day they were doing any work in my house. They were always reliable, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough and ensured the rest of the house, especially the flooring, was covered to protect it from any dirt or damage. I am so happy with the results of their work, and would highly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again whenever necessary.

Plastering (lots!) and some carpentry work eg skirting boards and doors hung.
CAP Renovations did various work throughout our new extension plus most parts of original house as and when we saved money to do up each room, so have been having work done by CAP over more than a year. Each visit they were reliable, professional and extremely hard working, and made sure the house was left tidy each day. We have no reservations in recommending their work, even really tricky plastering has been immaculate, we’ve also had skirting boards fitted and doors hung plus some electrical work throughout the house, and they’ve proved competent and knowledgeable in all areas. Very happy customers!

Complete re decoration of bedroom incluing laying floor and replastering walls
Excellent. Great communication throughout - we talked about possible issues before and solutions. Really hard worker, attention to detail, respectful of the rest of the house, always on time. Fabulous end result.

Full house rewire, reboarding and plastering various rooms, blocking up internal and external doorways and rendering of external wall
We have appointed Craig throughout the last few years to complete a number of projects on our home, and we will continue to use CAP Renovations for years to come. We have had many walls re-boarded and perfectly plastered, doors blocked up, a full domestic rewire with switches and lights exactly where we wanted them and all electrical work certified too, plus much more! We are over the moon with the finished result. If you are looking for a punctual, reliable, skilled professional who’s attention to detail is second to none to help your dream renovation become a reality, I would look no further.
