I spoke with Jon and booked two cleaners to come round and for a trial clean on Tuesday 14th February between 11-12, with a plan to follow with a weekly domestic clean. Unfortunately they didn’t show up so I tried calling Jon and left a message on the company voicemail but didn’t get a reply. I tried calling again later and it rang a few times before being sent to voicemail. Really disappointed by the lack of communication and total disregard for their customers.

Jon and the team are friendly, do a good job and are always committed to finding us a immediate replacement if our regular cleaner is unable to attend.

I recently started a bi-weekly domestic cleaning service and my expectations have been exceeded in all aspects. Jon offers excellent customer service - friendly, responsive and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. He has a fantastic team of staff whose work has been consistently brilliant. I am extremely pleased I made contact with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Captive 8 do our domestic cleaning on a regular basis. They are punctual and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Captiv8 Cleaning and Property Maintenance have been cleaning our Church weekly for the past 4 weeks and we are very impressed with the service. Both ladies that come to us each week are very thorough and do an amazing job and nothing is too much trouble. We are looking forward to continue using Captiv8 for our weekly cleaning.
