Needed assistance with my deck. Needed some repair work done. He suggested I put a list together of odds and ends on top of the deck repairs so I have him for the day. Completed my top of the list items and got to some smaller odd jobs too and completed the days work. Highly recommended.

10/10. Damian and his team transformed our garden with an Indian sandstone patio, sleeper borders, a metal shed and a new featheredge fence. The workmanship was exceptional with fantastic attention to detail throughout. Damian communicated brilliantly, was always polite, professional and reliable, and kept us informed every step of the way. The team worked efficiently, left everything spotless and clearly took pride in their work. Damian is incredibly skilled and versatile, goes above and beyond, and nothing seems too much trouble. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Damian was the worst tradesman we have every experienced. He quoted 6 days of work and took 7 weeks. He had a multiple of excuses and over the 7 weeks only came to do work for 9 days. On the days he did come to do work it was never more than a few hours. In the end he rushed the work and didn’t clean up leaving rubbish that should have been put in skip, front paving jet washed after concrete mixing.

Cardoso Property Management moved and repaired a shed for me; laying a new concrete base, replacing the shed floor, reglazing and adding a new lock. Not a huge project but Damian was a pleasure to work with as he genuinely takes pride in his work and is keen to suggest ideas to get the best solution. He also fitted the job in really quickly. The work was completed to a high standard, to the quoted price and with no mess. I'm very pleased with the result and would use this company again for future work.
