  Scaffolding turned up on appointed day. Team arrived at 0800 on appointed day and completed the job within the agreed timescale. Some minor repairs necessary to damage caused by scaffold removal undertaken speedily and without argument.

• Replacing the whole roof

  Brian and his team were truly fantastic from start to finish. We initially were just looking at replacing the ridgeline to stop a leak, however it was clear that the whole roof had issues so we opted to replace everything. All was explained clearly and it was helpful to see the videos of where the problems were. Brian pulled three teams together to come get it fully replaced in a single day. They showed up early, got cracking and were done by 3pm! They clearly have a great system in place and we were so impressed by everything. Lovely lads as well! Thank you for the great work.

• Gable roof refelted and tiled

  The contractor responded promptly and gave a fair estimate. When they found more work needed to be done because of the likelihood of further leakage, they renegotiated the contract and offered a fair price. The roofers worked hard to complete the work on time but because of poor weather it took slightly longer. They were prepared to work at the weekend to complete. We are now awaiting the next storm to see if the roof is indeed watertight but the contractor promised to return immediately if there was any leakage.
