  New roof after botched job by a different contractor.

  After a pretty traumatic experience earlier in the week of a botched roof repair by a different contractor, Caretaker and Sons swooped in and rescued us! Due to the severity of the damage, they prioritised us and restored our faith in roofers. Brian and his crew were all true professionals. They communicated with us every step of the way, explaining every detail of what they needed to do. The entire team were polite, friendly and approachable, especially Shaun who showed us lots of videos and photos as the work progressed, as well as upon completion. I also have to mention how incredibly coordinated and organised the entire effort was, including the immaculate clean-up once they were finished. I could not recommend a service more!

  New Roof Restoration – A Truly Professional Team

  After a previous contractor left our property in a mess, Caretaker and Sons restored our faith. Brian provided an honest, pressure-free quote and prioritised our job because of the state we'd been left in. The team was punctual, polite, and hard-working, even in extreme heat. They kept us updated with photos and remained professional even when I was stressed about a potential unexpected beam issue. The new roof is excellent, seamlessly joined to our neighbour’s. Their clean-up was unmatched—they left the driveway, garden, and extension roof very clean. A highly recommended service.

  Roof Replacement

  Roof completed in one day

  Our roof was over 60 years old and had started to leak water through the attic. Initially we thought it would be a small job to replace the ridge tilles but we discovered the roof did in fact need replacing. Brian and and team worked incredibly hard to replace the roof on our house on one day. He kept in touch with regular updates and took lots of photos and videos. The roof is looking better than ever and roof boys were hard working, polite and cleaned up after themselves.

  Chimneys Repair

  The boys repointed my chimney which was leaking and also replaced a velux window in the roof.

  They were very good workers, did the job to a high standard. They cleaned up when they had finished. We were very impressed.

  Flat Roofing Repair

  Efficient and knowledgeable

  Brian and his team did a great job of replacing my flat roof and identifying and making good some poor workmanship from previous leak repairs by fitting a new dry ridge system. They also ensured any slipped or fallen tiles were replaced on the roof. They were very polite , worked efficiently and kept me fully updated with photos of the roof.
