  Leaking pipe where the boiler is

  The engineer came the. Night before bless him it was dark. As he had a very. Nightmare day. They said he was coming. I was giving up. But bless him he arrived to look at the problem. At 7:20 pm & explained. Everything. He said I can come out tomorrow. & I will go & get the valve &. Come back. & fit it for you which he did. Bless him

  Wonderful !

  Rich attended on time and swapped my toilet in less than an hour to a nice new comfort one.! He also took the heat control under my bath so I could choose the temperature of the water which was tepid. Lovely guys fair prices lovely lady in the office well recommended

  Overflowing water heater due to faulty pressure reducing valve.

  Absolutely superb service. Jimmy arrived within 1 hour of calling a very helpful Bev in the office. Received a text allowing me to track Jimmy’s journey to me. Total breath of fresh air from Jimmy. He was extremely presentable, knowledgeable and I was so impressed. He diagnosed the problem and we have made plans to get it rectified. I have no hesitation in recommending Carford Heating & Plumbing.

  Central Heating

  Boiler service

  Rich, the engineer who came to service the boiler was very professional but also amiable and approachable with any questions we had. He did a very thorough job, even finding and replacing a worn washer and quite a bit of detritus that had come out. Very helpful about what they could do for us, including getting a Hive unit replacement. Rich also mentioned that the company does electrical work which is very useful to know.

  Removing gas hob and capping off

  Carford Heating and Plumbing were excellect. They got back to my request quickly and the work was completed quickly (as this is what I needed) They also removed and disposed of my old hob which was not originally agreed but was much appreciated.
