Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service

An Ultra Professional Service
Carl came out very quickly to investigate the problem with my foreign made all-electric combi boiler. It took him some time as I had no handbook (!) but with the aid of Google, YouTube and his assistant, Pat, he identified the problem and has fixed it. Yay!! After a month with virtually no heating or hot water because I couldn’t find a knowledgeable heating engineer, I’m thrilled to be warm again.
