We contracted Karel for a complete refurbishment of a two bedroom flat. Karel was very responsive from the start and always available for questions. He kept within a tight budget and was good with advice on different solutions. Some of the work had to be redone because of misunderstandings between the suppliers which meant that the work finished a few weeks longer than expected - however this is to be expected in this industry in my experience and Karel took our feedback on board. I appreciated his transparency and constant availability which makes him stand out in this industry.

Carl and his team did an excellent job for us in restoring our flat back to its former glory. The property had been substantially damaged by a tenant and we needed to get it back to a desirable state quickly and cost-effectively. Carl was straightforward and honest in all discussions, prompt with solutions and understanding of our budget. The team he brought in seemed to genuinely care about the work they were undertaking which really helped to put our minds at ease. I would 100% recommend Carl to anyone I know who needs construction support on a project of any size.
