Cannot thank Simon enough!
Cannot thank Simon enough for helping us out in an emergency when our door lock/ handle became faulty meaning we could not get into our bathroom at all! So professional and helpful and explained all options along with costs and no hidden fees. Definitely recommend, super trustworthy! Thanks again.

Fixing lock on backdoor that had become very stiff
Diagnosed the problem which was a broken gearbox, all replaced and re-aligned and now works perfectly. Came promptly a few days after my call, kept me informed of progress and had the job done quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price. Great job and would highly recommend.

Unlocking the front door due to the key being stuck on the inside of the cylinder
Carlion Locksmiths were very speedy on callout, and were very quick to fix the problem. My wife and I locked ourselves out of the house on the way out for a dog walk, we called Carlion, and they had arrived as we came back from the walk. Very professional, and knew exactly what to do, which ultimately meant neither of us were late getting to work!

Fixing a lock/door which was sticking.
Simon was really helpful on the phone working through what was likely to be the problem. He came out and evaluated the problem and fixed it that day - took the door off and adjusted it and checked that the locking mechanism was fine. He was really helpful on the phone working through what might be needed and how it could be solved. I'd previously had a couple of people out who weren't able to fix it or didn't come back to do the work and so it was great to talk to someone who capable, a carpenter and locksmith and helpful.
