Dog bath connection and change of existing plumbing
I am a busy pet groomers. Carl fitted my new pet bath and changed the existing plumbing for my washing machine, waste pipes connecting the new dog bath and toilet system. He was courteous, reliable, hard-working, and knowledgeable. He upgraded my existing plumbing system which was inadequate. We discussed together what was important for my needs, and he recommended solutions, I felt listened to and my ideas were treated as important even though I am female and my knowledge on plumbing was not great. I have spoken to Carl regarding another job and will definitely be using his company for this.

Boiler replaced
Carl literally rescued us from a very bad turn of events. Our boiler died end of February and he first helped us exploring all our options to buy a new one then worked day and night to replace it as quick as possible. He lent us an electric heather and work tirelessly with care, attention to details, discretion and patience. Absolutely priceless service, highly recommended.

Removal of shower unit and installation of bath
We've had Carl do work for us a number of times and he's always polite and on time. We wanted our shower room on- suite turned into a bathroom at our new house. It was a very small room but he managed to find us a perflectly sized corner bath. It took about a day and a half for him to remove the old shower/toilet unit and install the bath and towel rail. When he was done everything was packed up and taken away with him, leaving the room clean and tidy. We are now planning to get him to replace our boiler over Easter.
