The work undertaken involved clearing a site of approx. 1 acre. This involved cutting down and shredding dense tree and shrubs which covered the site, together with erecting a perimeter fence and the creation of an access road using 60T of hardcore. A 100-150mm layer of overburden was then removed using an 8.5T excavator. This process also involved removing and re-siting an area of vegetation which contained plant and fauna of ecological significance. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone needing work doing, for me there was brickwork and plastering. Both were done to an excellent standard. Ian was very courteous and thoughtful, from initial contact and site visit through to ordering the steps required to minimise disruption. As mentioned, the work was to a very high standard and the fact that Ian did all this while injured in the ribs is testament to his professionalism as I needed the work doing prior to further work being done.

Ian was so helpful. He made suggestions and went out of his way to help me which was such a help as im elderly. He left my home clean and tidy and was very reliable. Totally recommend.

Really impressed with Ian. First class workmanship and timely. Ian took the time to update me on what was happening regularly. Had some unexpected heavy rain shortly after the ground drain was cemented in. Ian was straight round to make good, no problems. Definitely recommended Ian to others and is in my phone book now for the future.
