Mark did a great job servicing our Worcester boiler. He did the job thoroughly and efficiently and explained what he was checking for and what he'd found. New grundfos heating pump
I called Mark after having been scammed by another plumbing company who charged me an extortionate amount for parts that didn’t even need fixing and made my problem worse than it initially was. Mark came in and diagnosed the issue (installing a new grundfos heating pump) promptly and fixed it asap. He explained everything to me in simple terms and gave me recommendations about things I’d want to look into to prevent further issues.
