We have used Carmine for a few jobs and are always impressed with quality of work and attention to detail. Most recent job was to replace three existing radiators including some changes to location. Everything was done to a high standard and we are very happy with the work.

The boiler was loosing pressure daily with no visible leaks. After an hour of attendance the engineer had identified the issue and resolved it. The boiler is now maintaining pressure and saves us having to top it up every day! He was also very informative and give me lots of tips in how to diagnose issues like this in the future.

After having no heating for 3 weeks and numerous people coming over and giving me various reasons as to why my radiators only worked when the hot water was on I was at my wits end!!! I’m delighted to say myself and my 3 rescue cats are now warm and toasty thanks to the most kind competent and amazing engineer who refused to leave until he had found out what the problem was. I feel relieved and happy and could not recommend this company enough I have full confidence that the problem is now resolved and I will definitely use them again

Great service and communication. We called up to get a boiler service and an appointment was booked for the next day. He arrived bang on the appointment time, did a really great job and pointed out defective workmanship in relation to our boiler installation and provided advice on how to get it fixed. He is really knowledgeable and thorough and I would highly recommend him.
