I left my only car key in the backseat & the auto lock kicked in, with me outside the car. It's a Bank Holiday & £££s came to mind - gonna be costly!! Quoted a fair price & arrival of my Key Hero within half an hour. It's half an hour indeed & Key Hero Robbie turned up. Did a superb job, car unlocked and service super efficient and a pro. After many attempts by Timpsons, I called Robbie yesterday, he arrived today, new key fob changed and programmed within the hour, great service, fairly priced and will definitely use again.

Having raised a complaint about my broken spare key, a technician was quickly assigned. An image of faulty key was requested and a work plan quickly ensued. A replica was then made and tested at my home. After a small road side fix, the job was over. Well done!
