  Dry Ridge Repair

  Dry ridge

They came out to give a quote on the job in which we were happy with so went ahead with them. After two no shows with last minute notification they arrived the following week and completed the job within a few hour. My mistake I didn’t completely check the work but noticed a gap from where the mortar originally fell out and made them aware but we were told it was a missing brick and not their work. It was agreed they’d return to fill the gap and we would pay, it’s been a few months and have had no return. A bit disappointing really.

  Response from CA Roofing Solutions

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the circumstances. The original quoted work was completed as agreed. The postponed visits were due to adverse weather conditions and scaffolding availability, which we communicated to you. The missing brick was outside the original scope of work, but we offered to supply and fit it for £20. No return date was agreed, and we received no further contact to arrange the repair. We remained happy to return and complete this additional work. We would also like to kindly clarify that the installation carried out was a dry verge, not a dry ridge

  Ridge and hip tiles repair

Chris and his colleague repaired the ridge and hip tiles on my 3 bed semi detached house. They did an excellent job and left no mess. The work was completed within the agreed timescale and to budget. CA Roofing Solutions are a very professional business.

  High Quality, Professional and Personable.

Initially sent just an image on WhatsApp to get some initial feedback. Easily gave a diagnosis on the work thst was needed and explained his reasoning for each step. Arrived quickly and got straight to work, explained everything he and his colleague did to keep me in the loop. Was happy to discuss other work I wanted done in the future and give me initial estimations on the costings. Overall, excellent service, excellent work, friendly and happy to talk with.
