louie is super reliable, turns up early and puts good effort into the job. im very particular and was being extra with my requirements but he respected it and made effort to do his best. the creaks werent all resolved straight away but he stuck to his word and he came back a second time (for free) with glue to resolve. would definitely recommend him.
