From quote to finish the communication was spot on. Prompt to reply and arrived as advised and kept in touch to confirm time of arrival. Sofas were cleaned perfectly- and Toby did an excellent job at dealing with a particularly stubborn stain on one of the sofas. All dried really well. Cushions looked rejuvenated. Very pleased with the service. Definitely would recommend.

Arrived on time. Not entirely impressed with the cleaning once they dried. Found a few dirty marks on the walls, especially in the hallway where it looked like the machine handle probably scraped against it.

Was really impressed with the guy that came he was very polite and friendly and did a really excellent job and talked me through the whole process.
