Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish . We had some very heavily stained beige carpets and with no real expectations other than having to throw them away, we thought we’d give professional cleaning a go and liked Mark’s friendly and speedy responses as well as his excellent reviews. We were not disappointed… Mark worked all day and the carpets are transformed. My partner was home all day and said that Mark was so friendly, professional and hard working and when I arrived home from work I genuinely could not believe what a great job he’d done. Top guy.
