    From the in house visit to measure and pick our carpet to the completed Job was less than 2 weeks , Loverly job done to a high standard . Invoice was paid After completion which is a great bonus when certain shops are unfortunately going to the wall .

    Thank you to everyone at Carpet Fayre for a brilliant experience, wish I could remember everyone's name. From the professional gent who measured my rooms, to the friendly showroom team who advised on the purchase to the phenomenally expert fitters who did a superb job - you are all stars. I wasn't the easiest customer as my decorator's timetable changed a couple of times, and I asked for early removal of the old carpet to make it easier for the painters, but thanks for being patient with me. I appreciated your business model not to request payment until the job was done. 100% recommended!

    Amazing service, carpet fitters were great, very polite and helpful, they did a fantastic job in my lounge. Bathroom fitters were brilliant too and even picked up a problem that was soon sorted thanks to their advice and help. I would thoroughly recommend this company every time. I will use them again when I next decide to replace carpet or cushion floor.

    Very pleased with our carpet. I had ordered this myself and due to delays ended up having to keep the roll bent up on my stairs for several months. Fitter said carpet was badly damaged as a result and the backing broken in places, but he's done such a good job that you wouldn't know. Did have an issue in that he wasn't able to attend on the date arranged but we were luckily able to rearrange for the next day where it was fitted within an hour. Would love to use this company for the remainder of our house.
