Needed my whole upstairs and stairs carpeted and from start to finish the experience was excellent. In the lead-up to the job, Ken was brilliant, really helpful in sourcing all the materials I needed and very accommodating when it came to the style I wanted to go for. Communication throughout was great and I always felt in good hands. On the day, a father and son duo arrived and got straight to work. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, and impressively so given it was one of the hottest days of the year. The end result is exactly what I hoped for the whole upstairs looks fantastic

We are so happy with our carpet! It was our first time purchasing, we had waited a long time and had the whole upstairs done in one go. Ken was so helpful, giving us advice and leaving us with samples to take our time deciding. He then brought the samples back once we had finished decorating so we could be sure we had chosen the right carpet. He was also flexible when our decorating took longer than we thought. We appreciated how kind and friendly he was throughout, and on the day of fitting it was very quick and beautifully done. We still can’t believe how gorgeous our carpets are!

We’ve just had our carpets fitted by Ken and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of his work is outstanding—everything has been finished to such a high standard and looks amazing throughout the house. Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish—friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. He even managed to source the exact carpet we originally wanted from Tapi, but at a significantly better price, which was a huge bonus. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail really shows in the final result!

We used Carpet King after a family member had recommended them. they brought round a number of suitable samples for us to choose from and was able to fit it the next week on a day that suited us. couldn't fault the service. Would recommend them to anyone who was interested in getting new carpet.
