Not as expected. Didn’t complete the job and left items behind and demanded extra money. I had to pay someone else to complete the work. I was promised professional packing. Didn’t even pack half the items. And ran out out packing material. I had to pack many item myself. I really don’t recommend them. When I asked for a reduction I was threatened with legal consequences. I paid but won’t be recommending them.

All the communication before the job started was speedy and detailed. Everything was confirmed and then re-confirmed on the day of the job itself which was very reassuring. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and undertook the job quickly and professionally. I was definitely happy with the service and will use them again.

Two men and van arrived on time. They had my assistance. Loading was done very quickly and off loading was quick too. Job completed swiftly and efficiently.

The team were brilliant from start to finish. So clear on instructions to execution. No fuss or stress from our side. So reasonable price wise as well. Great stuff thank you team!
