Patrick completely refurbed our bathroom and we're very happy with the high standard of workmanship and the finish. Patrick clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and would never compromise on quality to cut corners. He was professional throughout and kept us updated through phone calls and sent numerous photos of all work carried out for our future reference. Patrick also fixed up a odd jobs around the house as a bonus, which he certainly didn't have to do. Finally, Patrick is a good laugh to have around the house and not intrusive - would highly recommend.

Patrick was great with communication and customer service from the very start of the process. He advised about the most suitable fittings and we discussed the waterproofing issues I had previously with the bathroom in detail and he was very reassuring that this could be fixed (and it was). He was a friendly and approachable person to have around the flat whilst undertaking the work and I will be recommending him to friends in the area and my neighbours.

I'm delighted with my new kitchen. Patrick provided an excellent service: from his initial visit to the project's completion, he was considerate, reliable and informative. He kept the space clean and tidy throughout the installation, and took the time to talk through my options with me. He kept me up to speed on his progress, finished on time and left me with great advice about how to keep my new appliances in good condition.

The work to replace our kitchen roof extension was completed to a very high standard, on budget and on schedule. Patrick Carter took particular care to minimise disruption, tidying the kitchen each evening when he left the house.
