Just had my alarm serviced, as always, the service was brilliant. The team on the phone were super helpful, and the engineer, Dan, couldn’t have done more. Polite, respectful, and thorough, he did a brilliant job. He’s an absolute asset to your company. Thank you

I had a problem with my alarm and Daniel was trying to fix it remotely but could not. The Engineer came out and I had to have a new unit for the problem to be solved. He was very clean and efficient and solved the problem. However, I was not covered for parts and this cost me £106.76 which I was really not expecting. The reason I am saying this, is that if you can, take out cover for parts as well.

I got an appointment as desired. The phone call was attended immediately. The engineer arrived within the time slot told . He spent a good time checking around the system. He seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. He advised and communicated well. This was annual service to my Intruder Alarm system installed at home. I have been with them for the last 9 years, having no problem dealing with them.

The alarm engineer, Alex, did a fantastic job replacing our home alarm system. he walked us through how the new system works and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. Please do ensure Alex remains part of your team - he's truly outstanding engineer.

This company has been professional, helpful and readily available from start to finish. When Dan arrived he was very polite, respectful and carried out his work diligently and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was also very patient while teaching us how to use the alarm. Will definitely use them in future and would highly recommend them.
