Vish one Carters Engineer undertook the annual service on our Alarm System earlier this week. He did a very professional job but was also a very friendly guy, which makes a big difference.

Very knowledgeable service engineer came and sorted out our problem, I had been unable to set my alarm leaving me a bit apprehensive when going out. He set this right and changed the batteries, talked me through the problems setting my mind at rest. He was polite, professional and pleasant but I have to say so far all the Carter engineers have been brilliant, obviously hand-picked.

Engineer was polite, knowledgable, friendly and punctual. Office staff always efficient when booking appointments. Reasonably priced. Would totally recommend !

A young man arrived earlier than expected which was convenient to us, He was very pleasant and polite. He knew what he was doing. Changed all the batteries, tested the unit. The work was done in a timely fashion. Very pleased with Carter Security.

Carter are a good company. Their engineers are punctual and knowledgeable while the office staff are helpful and polite.
