External painting, cut out and replace rotten fascia’s, remove and replace guttering
Matthew arranged for scaffolding to be erected immediately before the work was begun and immediately after the work was completed which lessened the inconvenience of having a structure outside the front entrance. His paintwork of the masonry and timber work was to a high standard . All areas were kept clean and tidy. Matt was always polite and courteous. New cowlings to chimney, removing moss from roof and reversing uPVC door

Roof and window repairs
We contacted Matt Carty to inspect and repair our extension roof due to rainwater ingress. Matt responded extremely quickly, carried out a thorough inspection of our roof and identified the problem.
