Flat Roof
Shocking behaviour and attitude of the owner James Garcia. Had issues with a leaking roof and James was recommended. Quick to respond he sent roofers he uses to assess it and then told us that the work will take half a day for two people and quoted us £1000. It turned out the job was done in 30 mins and nothing he said in a quote (verbally) happened. I asked for itemised invoice to see individual cost of labour, materials etc but he kept refusing. He would not itemised the cost. He threatened me over the phone and sent a nasty voice recording. The authorities and trading standards now involved.

We were called on Thursday, price job Friday, agreed to fix badly leaking roof Saturday/Sunday that weekend as Customer was begging for help. Originally quoted £1000 which wife was happy with, husband then rang asking for a reduction which we agreed £900. Asked for them to confirm if you wanted us to proceed or not And again begging us to do the work. All works completed invoice itemised provided and quotation yet now work is done customer has refused to pay. Customer has contacted trading standards we are in talks with, however they have had work done for free, refused to pay, contacted police which is stopping us from re installation. Therefore we have done works for free without payment lost money on materials and labour hence our frustration as nobody should work for free once price has been agreed customers should always pay.

Instal new oven and combi boiler
The Casa Build team did a great job installing a brand-new oven, new Combi boiler and thermostat for us Both broke down needing replacing on the same week James an his team were able to assist, quote, supply, install and complete the job within 72 hours Team were all very polite and courteous Highly recommended and we will definitely use again!
