  Excellent plumbing support

  We had excellent service from the CAS plumber who came out to us. The job was tricky so required two visits to allow sourcing of an alternative part; the second visit was, however, booked-in quickly and the original problem fully resolved with the new part.

  Faultless, from start to end was incredibly easy With Danielle in the admin support, who was quick to organise everything including any third parties. Dean, Ted, Joe and the rest of the boys were great. Ridiculously hard working in the July heatwave, professional and clean. They explained everything and were no hidden extra costs either

  Highly professional service

  Extremely friendly and professional service throughout and completed in a very timely manner. Initial inspection by Connor was thorough and the quote we received for a mutli-split AC system for 3 rooms was reasonable. The communication from Danielle throughout was excellent. The workers were all very professional and worked efficiently and kept our home very tidy and cleaned up thoroughly. We were given a tour of the system by Jake who was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for rhe above reasons. Thank you.

  Repair of an immersion heater

  I am very careful about choosing trades people because of bad experiences in the past so I was grateful for such a smooth experience with CAS. Completely reliable, very professional. The quotations were transparent and everything was clearly explained to me. I was given options based on various price ranges and it was clear that safety was prioritised. I did not feel pressured at all and was able to pick a suitable day for the work to be carried out. I’m extremely happy with the result and glad that now my immersion heater is up to regulations.
