Shattered a double glazed french window and Kevin of Castle Care was strongly recommended by a mate in the trade. So glad I contacted Kevin: he came round the following morning, assured me it was still safe and measured up (it was a bespoke size). He rang to tell me when it was ready and fitted it the same day. The bill was less than I was anticipating, very reasonable. I can't think how it could have been better and I recommend Kevin and Castle Care without reservation. And they are realy nice blokes to have working around your home.

What a diamond Kevin of Castle Care Windows is. This is not the first time I have needed his assistance and each time, he has been my saviour. I rang up nearly 5pm on a Friday evening and he was at my door just after 9am on a Saturday morning. I was unable to unlock my back door as the mechanism had broken. He managed to open the door and take out the faulty mechanism. It wasn't the easiest of jobs by the looks of it but he made sure I was secure before leaving to order the new mechanism. I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin. He is such a nice man was well.

Kevin from Castle Care visited to advise us on two broken UPVC windows which we were desperate to get fixed in the heatwave. He was able to fit us in the same day which we were so grateful for. He presented us with some options for trying to fix the problem ourselves, up to worst case scenario having to replace the windows. He spent time explaining exactly how we could try the fix on our own and in the end it worked! No replacements needed, and he didn't charge us for his helpful advice either. No cowboys here it seems - just honest, reliable, and knowledgeable professionals.

Castle Care completed the installation of my bi-fold doors complete with integral blinds. The work was completed professionally and competently leaving the area clean and tidy. I have used this company before and will use them again as i have always been very satisfied with the work done and any follow up work necessary.

Castle care were absolutely fabulous when installing my brand new kitchen including integral appliances. Their attention to detail went beyond my expectations . The technical advice was valuable when choosing the style I wanted. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always prompt, reliable and completely trustworthy to be left at my property. My new kitchen is absolutely stunning and is everything I wanted plus more. I highly recommended this company .
