  Smooth & Professional Service

Really impressed with the service from castle car keys. They were easy to talk to, polite and professional all the way. Everything was smooth and they took care of the car key problem without making a big deal out of it. The helpful attitude and efficient service. I liked. Great experience overall and a company I would be happy to use again.

Cheap parts, no aftercare, and I paid another locksmith to fix the job.

I was ready to leave 5 stars at first. The guy got into my car quickly after I'd lost all my keys and made me a new one. But after getting home I found my Android unit left with cables sticking out, the remote key fob snapped after one drop, and the spare key fell apart after one use. I politely messaged the guy three times asking for help but got no reply. I then had to pay another locksmith £180 to fix the poor-quality work. Great first impression, but poor parts, no after-sales support, and being ignored completely ruined it. I can't recommend this service.

Rob, from Castle Carkeys. was excellent. He kept in touch offering me appointments which had become vacant, and arrived at noon on Saturday. His workmanship and attitude were exemplary, going far beyond what was necessary. H e was a delight - I cannot sing his praises highly enough
