The rug was cleaned in the lounge, and it sat on a carpet. All looked fine, but 4 days later it had bubbled up. It seems the carpet or underlay underneath has bubbled up with bubbles perhaps 2 feet long and 6 inches wide. They stand perhaps half an inch high.

The flooring had thwarted us for the 4 years we have lived here. Nothing seemed to lift the colour. Castle Cleaning did a great job in not only cleaning the flooring but making sure it stays that way for some time

The service provided by Castle Cleaning was excellent. Arriving on time, working hard to achieve a pristine result on our very old back garden paving and bringing the colour in the front block paving to look like new. Weeds, stains and algae cleared better than we had expected. Friendly, courteous and respectful at all times we would thoroughly recommend Castle Cleaning.

Dean was very accomodating and squeezed us in at short notice although busy. He knew we were desperate after my DIY attempt wasn't successful and we wanted the job done before starting building works. Dean under-promised and over-delivered on our expectations. Were expecting 80-90% blackspot removal from our Indian Sandstone patio and got 100% and the roof is also like new following moss removal. His team arrived on time, explained the process, were professional, clean and tidy and completed the work to a very high standard. Can highly recommend and will be using again for other works.
