  Heater replacement

  The job was to remove some old heating panels and replace them with new ones, along with capping off some old pipework and cleaning the heating system out. Paul came round to quote and advised on what he could do, answering any questions we had then we booked in the date for the work. On the day Paul worked efficiently, tidily and managed to get everything finished to quote whilst also helping out with some additional work to check out a gas leak at the property. Overall Paul provided a fantastic service from start to finish and would recommend him to anyone.

  Professional and polite plumber

  Paul has done a wonderful job. He is a very polite young man. He detected the problem quickly. While waiting to get the necessary part he kept in touch by text which was very reassuring . When he returned to complete the job he explained each step of what he was doing and why it was needed. He also cleaned around the area when he was finished. I will be recommending him to anyone needing a plumber

  Gas capping and fixed unexpected issue

  I cannot recommend Paul enough. He was the man for the job. He went above and beyond to ensure the work was done efficiently and properly. And even solved an unexpected (but potentially serious) problem there and then. So effectively solved two problems including gas capping done promptly. If I were to rate his work, outstanding is not enough of a compliment. I help my uncle take care of his property, and my uncle is not fully able, so honest, competent and willing workers like Paul are honestly lifesavers! Paul, I will contact you for the cooker issue later 👍 Top class and professional 👍
