  Leaking hot water cylinder

  Castle Heating had been recommended by a neighbour and I'm so glad that they had been! Twice Karl has come to my rescue - following a water leak problem - first time in my kitchen - the second time from my hot water cylinder upstairs - when he had to drain my old tank and then replace this with a new one. Both times he has come to sort this out as soon as he possibly could. I cannot recommend him enough. He is always so reassuring, professional, tidy with his work and a really nice all round person and another added plus - is that he is local too! I recommend him to all my friends now.

  Gas Boiler Installation

  New boiler

  Was nice looking at the job then it all went pear shaped arrived at 8 am asked a rough time scale said about 2 pm by 5 pm after several phone calls and text which was not answered I arrived to find there was a problem they were all moody and rude to me I left as they told me to go home phoned me at 8 pm saying it was done and wanted payment I arrived at 9 am next morning to find the whole room flooded with water I called him he did come out they had not soldered a pipe correctly same thing with hand water heater charged us over the agreed price harassing us for payment

  Boiler service

  Karl has been our plumber for many years and always does a fantastic job! This is the 8th year of him servicing our boiler, and thankfully we have never had any issues with it as a result! Great guy, honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again, Karl!

  My boiler had been making an unusual noise - a metallic buzzing/tinging noise

  I had a noise on my boiler when my hot water/heating came on, I contacted Karl, he came out to me on time at the date agreed, really nice guy, polite, friendly, easy going, amazingly knowledgeable and confident, within seconds of seeing my boiler he knew what the issue was likely to be, he took it apart and very quickly showed me the problem, he then sorted it out very very quickly, also an unexpected issue occurred, nothing was too much trouble for Karl, he has a great can do attitude and he was happy to sort the other issue out there and then, he also gave great advice. Amazing service.

  Central Heating

  Remove existing central heating system and replace with a 'combi' system

  Let me be upfront. I have used the services of Castle Heating for the last fifteen years and have complete trust in their competence. Our existing central heating system neededto be replaced and following advice from Castle Heating opted for a combi system. On 5th September the old system was stripped out and the combi system installed. All work was completed the following day. The house was left spotlessly clean and tidy. The working of the new system was explained in detail. The overall cost was perfectly reasonable. I recommend Castle Heating as excellent.
