Total time wasters - book appointments and don’t show up. Read messages and fail to respond!

I’m extremely disappointed with this builder. What was quoted as a one-week job has dragged on for six weeks, with substandard work and no clear completion in sight. Communication has been poor, with the builder going missing during key stages and failing to respond to queries. They misrepresented their qualifications and experience, which only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend this builder to anyone—poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and broken promises have made this a very stressful experience!!

Patrick and his team done a great job of our garden decking. High quality workmanship, a friendly team and sensible pricing. I’d strongly recommend Castlehill Joiners to anyone needing work done.
