    Highly professional, knowledgeable and personable.

    Stuart was an absolute pleasure to deal with from first contact through to a very professional and spot on completion of work. Highly professional as well as personable and, crucially, delivered a great job across several various requirements. Also made some informed and welcome suggestions about the works based on his undoubted experience. This was for a older relative recently moved into a care apartment and Stuart also displayed amazing sensitivity.

    Dripping Bath Tap

    Stuart has done work for me before. He is reliable, always turns up on time as discussed and offers a reasonable rate. With this latest job, fixing my dripping bath tap, he went off to find the component parts needed and returned the same afternoon to complete the job. I shall be asking him to do other work for me in future.

    I contacted Mr Burles this morning and, as he was in the area, he came round in a couple of hours to assess the job. He was able to complete the job( flat pack with awful instructions) straight away
