    Luxury vinyl flooring

    Let down many times. Was promised a part refund, not given. Very poor communication and now ignoring messages. Work carried out was disappointing as wires were left exposed by the front door, I had to finish the job myself. I also had to finish upstairs by filling and applying mastic around the bottom of the 4 door frames

    Laying a new floor

    Polite and courteous , clear in expectations, price was agreed but then inconsistent replies, days they did not turn up, they have not done a full day works yet, lack of communication and when they did not respond we had to chase and no they have gone radio silent job ha gone unfinished

    Vinyl flooring

    Sam was scheduled to do the work but cancelled I paid £1700 as a deposit for materials I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned and he is incredibly hard to reach. Sam was asked to provide proof of purchase and return of flooring and has not yet replied to me.

    Whole house recarpet

    Whole house recarpet booked in with Sam in June 24. Agreed a price and a start date, he turned up on the agreed day.Only completed 2/3 rooms and turned up without carpets for living room or landing despite me paying upfront for materials 1 month in advance. He didn't turn up the second day as he decided to go to another job instead and left me in a half finished house with untrimmed underlay which was dangerous as I have a heavy pregnant wife. Still hasn't finished then job or given me the remaining materials I paid for 3 months later. Now doesn't answer phone or texts, will be raising a claim

    Living room fitting

    Sam was very friendly, he came to fit my underlay but was problem with my carpet being cut too short, had to be replaced, I was left with no living room for over a week. I wanted to make formal complaint to carpet supplier but a refund was agreed... I'm still waiting for my refund and when I have chased this my attempts to contact Sam have been ignored, when I finally get through he tells me he's coming on such day and doesn't turn up with no warning then goes back to ignoring and I have to chase all over again. Sam is good as long as there are no issues... communication with Sam is shocking!

    Carpet & underlay fitting

    Do not use this company. Asked to fit a carpet and patch one in another room. Arrived for the 1st visit as arranged. Had mismeasured the room, carpet too short, so promised to come back with a new piece ‘by the end of the week’. Failed. Let us down 4 more times after promising to come and put it right. Doesn’t answer the phone. Doesn’t bother to answer messages except with a further empty promise to come back. Sam is unreliable and lies. Useless carpet that does not fit. Court is beckoning. Stay away.
