All our engineers are friendly, fully qualified (Gas Safe) and specialists in their field.
Services for Heating, Drainage and Emergency Plumbing are offered with 24-hour callout 7 days a week. On attending a job we will assess the situation, discuss the most practical and cost effective options, estimate the repair and aim to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

No hot water downstairs
Amazing customer service at 6pm on a Friday night. We discovered we had no hot water downstairs which then got worse to find no cold to the downstairs bathroom either. Cat Plumbers talked us through several checks over the phone before diagnosing a frozen pipe. He then gave really solid advice on what to do if it bursts. He’ll be the first person I call for any future plumbing problems and would 100% recommend to others.
Emergency leaking pipe
A small leak had turned into a flood and we needed urgent help. Cat Plumbers answered the phone straight away, organised to be with us in the afternoon and our problem was solved by the end of the day. This was great service and Justin was experienced, friendly, polite and charged a very fair price for such a quick response call out. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
Stop toilet running constantly and also look at boiler outflow pipe leak
Really happy with the work (have used once before). Came when they said they would, got the work done quickly, explained what he was doing and why. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Replacing kitchen tap + redoing sealant round the bath
Really lovely experience - Cat Plumbers came round, sorted the leaking kitchen tap (explaining as they went), located the stop cock for us, and re-did the sealant. Very reasonably priced too - particularly in comparison with the quote we got from a local handyman who had claimed we wouldn't be able to do better. We will definitely use Cat Plumbers again.
